On Friday morning, January 06, 2023, a delegation of the Constitutional Council of Cambodia led by H.E. Mr. HY Sophea, Member of the Constitutional Council and High Representative of H.E. Mr. Kittinitekorsalbandit IM Chhun Lim, President of the Constitutional Council of Kingdom of Cambodia, laid a funeral wreath, and awarded decorations as a posthumous award to late Mr. AM Sophat, a researcher of Legal Research Center having rank of Department Director, who passed away of illness at 56 on January 04, 2023, at 14:00.
