The Secretary-General of the Constitutional Council has the honor to inform the public that on Monday, October 11, 2021, from 09:00 AM, at White Building, Chamcar Mon State Palace, the Constitutional Council will hold a Plenary Session under the high chairmanship of H.E. Mr. Kittinitekorsalbandit IM Chhun Lim, President of the Constitutional Council, to deliberate and prepare an Opinion Letter to be sent to His Majesty the King, who, by Royal Message dated October 8, 2021, has consulted the Constitutional Council on the proposed Constitutional Law on the Amendment to Article 19 New, Article 82 New, Article 106 New (One), Article 119 New and Article 137 New of the Constitution of the Kingdom of Cambodia and to Article 3 and Article 4 of Additional Constitutional Law Tending to Ensure the Regular Functioning of the National Institutions.
