Further to the invitation of the National Election Committee (NEC), H.E. Mr. Kittinitekorsalbandit IM Chhun Lim, President of the Constitutional Council, has assigned H.E. Mr. TAING Ratana, Secretary-General of the Constitutional Council, accompanied by H.E. Mr. SEAN Solyvuth, Director General of Legal and Technical Services and Mr. SEIHA Oudom, Chief of Bureau 3, to attend the closing ceremony of the Recapitulative Meeting of Commune/Sangkat Council Election, 5th Mandate 2022, held under the high presidencies of Samdech Krolahom SAR Kheng, Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Interior and Head of the Permanent Security Command for the Elections and H.E. Mr. PRACH Chan, President of the NEC at Mongkul Setha Chan Center, Preah Sihanouk Province, on Thursday morning, July 07, 2022.
