On Monday afternoon, November 08, 2021, on the appointment of H.E. Mr. Kittinitekorsalbandit IM Chhun Lim, President of the Constitutional Council, H.E. Mr. TAING Ratana, Secretary-General of the Constitutional Council, led officials of the Secretariat General of the Constitutional Council to lay commemorative wreaths at the Independence Monument and at the late King-Father’s Memorial Statue to the east of the Independence Monument to pay homage to the Royal Soul of His Majesty the late King-Father Norodom Sihanouk “Preah Borom Ratanak Kaudh”.
