On Wednesday afternoon, November 08, 2023, H.E. Mr. Kittinitekorsalbandit IM Chhun Lim, President of the Constitutional Council, led the Constitutional Council’s delegation to lay commemorative wreaths at the Independence Monument, at the King-Father’s Memorial Statue in the park to the east of the Independence Monument and at the Former King’s royal message Inscription at “Preah Borom Ratanak Kaudh” park in front of Royal Palace.
