On Tuesday morning, October 24, 2023, from 9:00 a.m. at the White Building, Chamcar Mon State Palace, the Constitutional Council held a plenary session under the high chairmanship of H.E. Mr. Kittinitekorsalbandit IM Chhum Lim, President of the Constitutional Council, to examine and rule on the request of Samdech Moha Rotsapheathikathipadei KHUON Sudary, President of the National Assembly, aiming to control the constitutionality of the Law on the Establishment of the Secretariat of State for Civil Aviation. The result: The Constitutional Council decided unanimously that the Law on the Establishment of the Secretariat of State for Civil Aviation adopted by the National Assembly on October 09, 2023, in the 1st session of its 7th legislature and reviewed and entirely approved by the Senate on the legal form and substance without modification, and declared as urgent in the 11th session of its 4th legislature on October 17, 2023, is in conformity with the Constitution.
