Dr. PROM Vicheth Akara, Acting Secretary-General of the Constitutional Council, presided over a workshop on “Procedures for the Implementation of the Budget Planning Function on the FMIS System” co-organized by the Ministry of Economy and Finance and the General Secretariat of the Constitutional Council under the Public Financial Management Reform Program, for the officials of the General Secretariat of the Constitutional Council, at Empress Angkor Hotel, Siem Reap Province.
