On Sunday morning, October 15, 2023, H.E. Mr. Kittinitekorsalbandit IM Chhun Lim, President of the Constitutional Council, led the Constitutional Council’s delegation to lay a wreath at the King-Father’s Memorial Statue located in the park to the east of the Independence Monument, in commemoration of the King-Father Preah Karuna Preah Bat Samdech Preah NORODOM Sihanouk “Preah Borom Ratanak Kaudh” on the 11th anniversary of his death.
