In the morning of Friday, October 06, 2023, at 08:30 a.m. at Koh Pich Theatre, Phnom Penh, His Majesty Preah Bat Samdech Preah Boromneath NORODOM Sihamoni, the most Revered King of the Kingdom of Cambodia, presided over a ceremony to mark the 30th Anniversary of the Promulgation of the Constitution of the Kingdom of Cambodia (September 24, 1993-September 24, 2023) with the participations of Samdech Vibol Sena Pheakdei, President of the Senate, H.E. Mr. Kittisethabindit, Acting President of the National Assembly, Samdech Moha Borvor Thipadei, Prime Minister, Samdech Akka Moha Ponhea Chakrei, Honorary President of the King’s Supreme Privy Council, Samdech Akka Moha Sena Padei Techo, President of the King’s Supreme Privy Council, and Samdech, Excellencies, Lok Chumteav, Members of the Senate, the National Assembly, the Royal Government, and the Constitutional Council, Their Excellencies Ambassadors, and numerous national and international guests. H.E.
