On Friday morning, September 22, 2023, at 9:00 a.m. at the conference hall of the Constitutional Council, White Building, Chamcar Mon State Palace, H.E. Mr. Kittinitekorsalbandit IM Chhun Lim, President of the Constitutional Council, chaired a meeting to give instructions regarding the preparation for the celebration of the 30th anniversary of the promulgation of the Constitution of the Kingdom of Cambodia (September 24, 1993/September 24, 2023), a special year to mark the 30th anniversary of the promulgation which will be held on October 6, 2023, at Koh Pich Theatre under the high auspices of His Majesty King NORODOM Sihamoni, the most Revered King of the Kingdom of Cambodia.
