Mr. Kittinitekorsalbandit IM Chhun Lim, President of the Constitutional Council, accompanied by Samdech, Excellencies, Lok Chumteav members of the Constitutional Council, along with leaders and officials of the General Secretariat of the Constitutional Council, presided over the burial ceremony of the late H.E Mr. SAM Promonea, Member of the Constitutional Council, according to the traditional Buddhist ceremony at Chumpouvoan Pagoda in Sangkat Chom Chao 3, Khan Po Senchey, Phnom Penh.
