Mrs. Samdech Kittisangahabandit MEN Sam An, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of National Assembly-Senate Relations and Inspection, led the Ministry of National Assembly-Senate Relations and Inspection’s delegates to lay a wreath in homage to late H.E. Mr. SAM Promonea, Member of the Constitutional Council, who passed away of illness at the age of 81 on Friday, August 04, 2023, at 13:00. The corpse has been kept for a traditional Buddhist ceremony at #9, Street 568, village 3, Sangkat Boeung Kak 2, Khan Tuol Kork, Phnom Penh.
