Mr. Samdech Chaufea Veang Varaviengjaya Athipadei Sringka KONG Sam Ol, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of the Royal Palace, led the Ministry of the Royal Palace’s delegates to present the royal letter of condolence and to lay a wreath from His Majesty Preah Bat Samdech Preah Boromneath NORODOM Sihamoni, the most revered King of Cambodia, in homage to late H.E. Mr. SAM Promonea, Member of the Constitutional Council, who passed away of illness at the age of 81 on Friday, August 04, 2023, at 13:00.
