On Thursday morning, June 15, 2023, on the appointment of H.E. Mr. TAING Ratana, Secretary-General of the Constitutional Council and Head of the Public Financial Management Reform Working Group of the General Secretariat of the Constitutional Council (PFM), H.E. Mr. SEAN Solyvuth, General Director of Legal and Technical Services, and Deputy Head of the PFM Reform Working Group, led his team and skilled officials to attend the Consultative Workshop on “Experience sharing of monitoring and evaluation of the Ministry of Economy and Finance’s program budget” under the chairmanship of H.E. Mr. MEAS Soksensan, Secretary General of the General Secretariat of the Ministry of Economy and Finance (MEF) and Deputy Secretary-General of the General Secretariat of the PFM Reform Steering Committee (GSC). The workshop was held at Sokha Beach Hotel, Sihanoukville Province.
