1. Notification nº 002/02/2006 CC.I of October 04, 2006 : Request of the 15 Members of the National Assembly for nullity of the Article 5 of the proposed law on the Status of the Members of the National Assembly.

2. Notification nº 001/01/2006 CC. of February 24, 2006 : Response of the Constitutional Council to the Royal Message of February 21, 2006 requesting the Constitutional Council's view on the draft (proposition of the) Constitutional Law on the Amendment of the Articles 82, 88N, 90N, 98, 106N, 111N (one), 114N of the Constitution and the Article 6 of the Additional Constitutional law in order to guarantee the regular functioning of the National Institutions.
