1. Decision Nş 110/003/2010 CC.D of April 01, 2010 : Letter Nş 194 NA of Samdech Akka Maha Ponhea Chakrei HENG SAMRIN , President of the National Assembly, requesting the Constitutional Council to examine the constitutionality of Anti-Corruption Law.

2. Decision Nş 109/002/2010 CC.D of March 12, 2010 :Letter Nş 002/10 NA.SRP of their Excellencies, Lokchumteavs 15 parliamentarians to the President of the Constitutional Council, requesting the Constitutional Council to interpret the Article 16, paragraph 4 of the Land Law.

3. Decision Nş 108/001/2010 CC.D of February 04, 2010 :Letter Nş 039 N.A of H.E NGOUN NHEL , Acting President of the National Assembly, requesting the Constitutional Council to review the constitutionality of the Law on the Expropriation.
