1. Decision Nş 106/002/2009 CC.D of March 16, 2009: Request of the 15 Members of Parliament , requesting the Constitutional Council to interpret Article 29 of the Law on the Elections of the Capital Council, Provincial Councils, Municipality Councils, District Councils and Khan Councils, and to examine its constitutionality as well as to interpret Article 16 of the Law on the Commune/ Sangkat Administrative Management.

2. Decision Nş 105/001/2009 CC.D of February 25, 2009: Request of Samdach Akka Maha Senapadei Tekcho HUN SEN, the Prime Minister of Cambodia , requesting the Constitutional Council to interpret Articles 17 and 18 of the Law on the Elections of the Capital Council, Provincial Councils, Municipality Councils, District Councils and Khan Councils.
