  1. Decision Nş 104/009/2008 CC.D of August 28, 2008: Petition of Mr. NHEK VANNARA, representative of the Human Right Party, contesting the preliminary results of the Elections of the Members of the National Assembly for the 4 th Legislature, and charging NEC with inflating the name lists by duplicating several names on the voter lists at each polling station.

  2. Decision Nş 103/008/2008 CC.D of August 27, 2008 : Petition by Attorney Mr. KONG SAM ONN, attorney and plaintiff representing the SAM RAINSY Party, against the August 12, 2008 NEC decision Nş 589/08N.E.C/D.

  3. Decision Nş 102/007/2008 CC.D of August 26, 2008: Petition of Mr. MEAS KHENG, representative of the SAM RAINSY Party, concerning the discrepancies between the figure of the ballot count conducted by NEC and the total figure found in form 1104 by the SAM RAINSY Party in SVAY RIENG Province, by asking for the ballot re-count of 650 polling stations.

  4. Decision Nş 101/006/2008 CC.D of August 13, 2008 : Petition of Mr. KHUN SOPHAL and Mr. SAING VANNAK, against the August 06, 2008 NEC Trial Jury's decision.

  5. Decision Nş 100/005/2008 CC.D of August 04, 2008 :
    - Petition of Mr. BENSON SAMAY, lawyer representing the Cambodian People Party of Kratie province, against the July 23, 2008 NEC decision.
    - Petition of Mr. KEA EAV, lawyer representing the Cambodian People Party of Kampong Cham province, against the July 23, 2008 NEC decision.
    - Petition of H.E. THACH SETHA, representing H.E. SAM RAINSY, against the NEC decision.

  6. Decision Nş 099/004/2008 CC.D of July 24, 2008 : Petition (without number) of Mr. HUL THOL, second reserved candidate of SAM RAINSY Party Phnom Penh constituency, representing Mrs. THAI NARY, against the July 16, 2008 decision of NEC Trial Jury chairman.

  7. Decision Nş 098/003/2008 CC.D of May 26, 2008: Petition of Mr. OEURN SARATH, President of SANGKUM KHMER NIYUM Party, requesting the replacement of 25 disqualified candidates' names, in order to have the official candidate lists validated by the National Election Committee.

  8. Decision Nş 097/002/2008 CC.D of May 12, 2008: Request of Samdach Akka Maha Ponhea Chakrei HENG SAMRIN, President of the National Assembly, requesting the Constitutional Council to review the constitutionality of the Law on the Elections of Capital City, Provincial, Municipality, District and Khan Councils, adopted by the National Assembly on April 02, 2008 at the 7 th Session of its 3 rd Legislature and approved by the Senate on April 29, 2008 at the 4 th Plenary Session of its 2 nd Legislature.

  9. Decision Nş 096/001/2008 CC.D of May 08, 2008: Request of Samdach Akka Maha Ponhea Chakrei HENG SAMRIN, President of the National Assembly, requesting the Constitutional Council to review the constitutionality of the Law on the Administration of the Capital City, Provinces, Municipalities, Districts and Khans, adopted by the National Assembly on April 01, 2008 at the 7 th Session of its 3 rd Legislature.
