1. Decision Nş 095/006/2007 CC.D of November 22, 2007 : Petition of Mr. LY SOVICHEA, demanding to maintain the names of 3,244 Cambodians in the preliminary voter lists of Kilometer 6 Sangkat (Khan Russey Keo).

2. Decision Nş 094/005/2007 CC.D of November 21, 2007 : Petition of Mr. LONG LIMHEA, demanding to delete the names of 2,033 Vietnamese and rejecting the decision of the NEC Jurisdictional Council , signed by H.E. IM SOUSDEY on November 08, 2002 (in fact 2007).

3. Decision Nş 093/004/2007 CC.D of November 16, 2007 : Petition of Mr. ORNG KIM LEANG, asking to withdraw the November 10, 2007 petition against the November 06, 2007 decision of the NEC Jurisdictional Council.

4. Decision nş 091/002/2007 CC.D of January 05, 2007: Request of H.E. NGUON NHEL, Acting President of the National Assembly, to the Constitutional Council for reviewing the constitutionality of the Law on the Amendment of the Law on the Elections of the Members of the National Assembly.

5. Decision nº 090/001/2007 CC.D of January 05, 2007: Request of H.E. NGUON NHEL, Acting President of the National Assembly, to the Constitutional Council for reviewing the constitutionality of the Law on the Amendment of the Law on the Organization and the Functioning of the Constitutional Council.
